Our program is great for anyone who needs a reset. Aiming to have a daily Yoga practice to get stronger, more flexible, feeling more balanced and calm in your everyday.
The 30 days includes:
A Weekly meditation
A Different class everyday
A variety of Yoga styles - From gentle therapeutic, stronger hatha and flow and we wind down each week with a nourishing Yin practice.
The program is online so you can take the classes anytime, anywhere. Once you start the program a new class is released each day and a new meditation each week.
You will have lifetime access to the classes so you can return to the 30 days whenever you need a reset.
