Liama Aesha
Liama started on her own journey of personal growth over 30 years ago. Through her use of these techniques and working with many clients over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of how the tools of Yoga can be a powerful transformative tool. In Yoga Therapy, we use the various lenses of Yoga to empower people with specific practices to find their way back to wholeness.
Leanne Hughes
is the Principle Physiotherapist, Pilates teacher and Director of Inspire Physiotherapy and Pilates, Dee Why.
Leanne has 20+ years experience and expertise in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries. Leanne’s years of clinical experience have lead her to work with a large range of clients, injuries and conditions. From those who are immobile following hip/ knee and shoulder surgery, through to high level functioning and professional athletes.
Leanne is committed to achieving optimal health and wellbeing with each client. She has a passion for educating and training the body to perform at its best which she does through Physiotherapy treatments and Clinical Pilates strength and retraining programs. These exercises can be prescribed as home exercises, performed in one-on-one private sessions or in small group classes.
